His technology disciplines include: software as a service (SaaS), cloud-based computing solutions and business automation solutions within the consumer services, consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, legal, technology, and telecommunication services industries.

Charles is a proven client-facing business leader with an extensive background in implementing change, penetrating new markets and executing revenue growth strategies for start-ups, medium sized, and multi-billion dollar enterprises. He is recognized as an authority on developing methodologies and strategies that enable clients to quickly adopt and implement both new technology and complex information systems.

Throughout his career he has expanded his business expertise through actual hands-on experience within client enterprise initiatives. Mr. Scott’s competences include all the activities required to drive the growth of an enterprise from initial strategic planning on through to project delivery.

He is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Virginia and began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard Corp.) heading the U.S. Based – PC Integration Services Unit. His career at DEC led to him being recruited by Business Solutions Engineering (a leading mergers and acquisitions firm) as VP of Technology Consulting. He has built start-ups (Application Park, Ekahau, Epicentric), led mid-sized businesses (Eclipsys Corporation, STI Knowledge) and provided management consulting for US government entities (DOD, GA DOAS, USN, USAF) as well as both domestic and international corporations (Delta Air Lines, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Carolinas Healthcare, DuPont, Marriott, McKesson Corporation).

Charles is a former business pioneer from Silicon Valley and transplant to Atlanta. He has been a recognized leader in technology for over two decades. He is an author of several best practice and project management guides and appeares as a frequent guest speaker within the healthcare and technology industries. Charles is proficient at articulating value propositions throughout all levels of the enterprise.
